The Firm

At VanBridger Jenner, criminal law isn’t something we do — it’s everything we do. We are the only exclusively criminal law partnership serving the north:
Timmins, Cochrane, Temiskaming Shores and beyond.

As partners, we work collaboratively to address our clients’ most complex legal needs. We are tireless advocates for our clients, offering strategic counsel on their clock, not on our own. Boasting an impressive track record of proven results, we offer the experience and knowledge to help our clients across Northern Ontario navigate the intricacies of the criminal justice system.

We put our clients’ needs first and offer an unwavering commitment to the best possible result.

William VanBridger

B.A., LL.B.

With his winning track record, William is the lawyer his opposition doesn’t want to meet in the courtroom. As a strong advocate for his clients, William is a force to be reckoned with.  Boasting extensive trial experience, William focuses on criminal law, handling a range of issues from drug-related offences to sexual assault cases.

After receiving his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan, William moved back to Ontario so he could build a career helping people, including those who may not necessarily have access to his standard of legal service. William’s passion for helping people is what drives his success; it’s what forms the basis for his unequivocal commitment to his clients and their issues.

Called to the Bar in 2007, William now has over a decade of experience under his belt and draws on it to represent clients facing complex legal challenges. William lives in Timmins and serves clients across Northern Ontario from Temiskaming to the James Bay Coast.

Graham Jenner

B. Arts. Sc., J.D.

Graham’s extensive legal experience has taught him that the harder you work and the more you commit yourself, the better the outcome. He embodies this principle in every one of his clients’ cases, regardless of size and scope. He approaches each case strategically, and cleverly navigates his way around legal nuances in order to seek the best possible results. By understanding the more complex and detailed aspects of criminal law, from evolving Charter rights to the intricacies of impaired driving law, Graham is able to offer his clients truly strategic counsel.

Making Timmins his home, Graham pursued his law degree and early legal career in Toronto. Graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, Graham clerked at the Ontario Court of Appeal, and was called to the Bar before working at a leading Toronto criminal defence firm. Graham regularly lectures at Osgoode Hall Law School where he serves as an Adjunct Professor.
